As per section 1590 of the French Civil Code, the deposit may be retained upon cancellation or no-show of a booking. Any no-show will be charged and will result in automatic cancellation of the remainder of the stay.
Deposit:
All reservations must be confirmed by deposit, directly taken from your credit card or payed for by cheque. The amount of deposit corresponds to 30% of the amount of your stay. After your stay, all consumption (mini-bar etc…) that is not reported on the day of departure will be charged by a direct transaction from the credit card given as guarantee. All stays begun are due in totality.
Cancellation Policy:
Any booking may be terminated, provided sufficient cancellation notice is given:
- More than 15 days prior to arrival: No penalty
- 15-5 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit paid.
- Less than 5 days before arrival or in case of no show up: 100% of the amount of deposit payed.
